Google Unconference Sessions
I just got back from a Google Apps in Education Summit at their headquarters and one of things I was most impressed with their corporate culture was their "unconference" formats. They are meant to turn the traditional top-down information overload content delivery of normal presentations to a bottom-up, upside down, and side-to-side dynamic that sparks maximum interaction, innovation, and ideas among participants.
